Adds categorical preferences over policy proposals collected through Mon Programme (France) and Brazucracia (Brazil) during the 2022 presidential elections.

File Country Alternatives Voters Unique preferences
00076-00000001.cat France 114 1,624 1,624
00076-00000002.cat Brazil 67 606 605

The three categories are Approved, Don't know (an explicit no-preference response), and Disapproved. Unanswered proposals remain uncategorized. The files use the existing induced modification type to identify the filtered conversion.

The change contains two CAT files and the required info.txt dataset description. Alternative names are embedded in the CAT headers, and all voter counts and ballot multiplicities are retained. The description includes the source citations and lists both CAT files.

Series number 00076 is proposed as the next available number on main at the time of preparation; it can be adjusted if needed. The publication date is proposed as 2026-09-29. Release-asset and website updates can follow the repository's normal maintainer workflow after merge.
