Hi @DougStevensGCPS, the Windows 10 version you are using (
10.0.14393.0) is very old. Based on this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/release-information#windows-10-current-versions-by-servicing-option, the version of Windows 10 you are using has reached end of life for mainstream support. Please upgrade to the latest Win 10 (latest version10.0.19044.633) and try again. TheSystem.ValueTupleassembly should be available there.
