Correct the setup-php matrix key so CI selects the configured PHP version. The existing dependency matrix, installation command, application code and tests are unchanged.
Validation on PHP 8.4.26: existing Laravel 11, 12 and 13 suites each passed 61 tests / 160 assertions. The existing Laravel 10 suite still fails because its middleware references a class unavailable there; that independent compatibility issue is outside this PHP-selection change. Hosted CI has not been verified.
