Self-update: check PortMaster.zip against version.json's md5 again - #360

portmaster_check_update passes version.json's md5 to do_install, but do_install never passed it on to install_port, so the update was only "Unable to validate download." (the log says "No md5 to check against"). Seen updating muOS to the 2026.10.23-1613 alpha; the last stable has the same gap.
