feat(movies): add database storage, admin management, and advanced filtering

Description

This PR implements the movies & series overhaul:

• Migration & Database Seeding: Created migrations/20260825210000_movies.ts defining the movie table with foreign keys to translations, and seeded all 20 entries with bilingual titles/reviews, exact ratings, release years, and historical added_at dates.
• Static Fallback: Updated moviesPageData in src/lib/data/aboutData.ts with the latest reviews and dates as offline fallback.
• Server API Procedures: Added CRUD endpoints in src/lib/server/_routes/movies.ts (POST, PUT, DELETE) and registered them in src/lib/server/routes.ts.
• Admin Movies Management: Created /admin/movies page with movie listings, Add/Edit modal dialogs (bilingual inputs, year, rating, type, date picker), deletion confirmation, and added it to AdminNavigation in src/components/Navigation.svelte.
• Public /movies Page Enhancement:
  • Default sort by added date (newest first).
  • Search bar (searching title and review content).
  • Star rating filter pills (All, 4.8+, 4.5+, 4.0+).
  • Release year / air date filter dropdown.
  • Type filter pills (All, Series, Movie).
  • Sort dropdown (Added date desc/asc, Rating desc/asc, Release year desc/asc, Title A-Z).
  • Reset filters button & empty state handling.
• Cleanup: Removed raw movie.md notes.
• Typecheck & Linting: Passed pnpm run lint and svelte-check with 0 errors / 0 warnings.
