Summary
Make the homepage's search title describe Papyrus as a free, open-source e-book reader and library manager, with a matching feature-focused description and Open Graph metadata. Add JSON-LD for the site name and free application, including available Windows/Linux downloads and browser access.
Add root-level
robots.txtand a sitemap containing the canonical homepage, and package both in the static build. Visible page content and styling remain unchanged. Bump the independent website version to 1.1.1 so merging triggers the existing Hetzner release workflow.Validation

https://papyrus-reader.com/sitemap.xml, test the homepage's live URL, and request indexing.Ratings and reviews are intentionally omitted because there are no genuine published reviews. The application data is valid Schema.org markup, but does not yet meet Google's review requirement for software-app rich results. Search appearance and indexing remain Google's decision.
