An existing database container can retain the old inode of its individually mounted bootstrap SQL after host configuration replacement. Stream the released SQL to psql through standard input so upgrades apply the current publication without recreating the database.
Validated during the 0.0.2 production rollout: applying the released SQL through stdin added all three tracking tables, and all 12 expected tables are now in the PowerSync publication. Readiness is healthy. ShellCheck and all 24 release/deployment tooling tests pass. The new orchestration regression replaces the host SQL file and captures Compose stdin; it fails with the previous mounted-file command. A second test verifies that publication failure prevents service activation.
This PR also brings the master release merge back into development. Direct fast-forward synchronization was rejected by the required-PR branch rule. Application version and published binaries are unchanged.
