Keep the full-document minimap stretched to the bottom of its track, even when a short PDF is opened on a tall monitor. Overview mode now scales the complete page strip to the available height instead of temporarily adopting local-thumbnail sizing when the document would otherwise fit. The explicit local mode continues to use natural thumbnail heights.
Also suppress the visible borders that can appear around embedded PDF links in LaTeX documents, including citation and footnote markers, while keeping their annotation hit areas clickable. The hyperref manual documents PDF link borders and their color settings; this change affects viewer presentation, not the source PDF.
Minimap regression tests now cover one-, two-, and nine-page overview documents across tall and short window sizes, checking that the final thumbnail reaches the bottom, the overview remains stationary, navigation reaches the document end, and the mode preference is unchanged. Separate local-mode assertions retain coverage for natural thumbnail sizing, packed tiles, and the unused-tail fade.
