Redesign the benchmarks page - #29

Turns /benchmarks/ and /de/benchmarks/ from a text article into a landing page: a hero with four headline numbers, ranked bar charts with a viewer-count switch for join latency, side-by-side handshake charts, head-to-head cards against MediaMTX and LiveForge, the full result tables, feature cards and a setup summary. Both languages now render one shared template (includes/benchmarks-page.php) with their own strings. The homepage chart uses the same ranked bar style. /benchmarks/and/de/benchmarks/were a plain article column with small charts, long tables and bullet lists.After: both pages are a landing page. A hero with a gradient headline and four headline numbers (3.54 ms join at 100 viewers, 2.19 ms connect + publish, 10,447 handshakes/s, 100% of frames), each with a "N× faster than …" pill. Ranked bar charts with the winner highlighted, a "Fastest" badge, and how far each other server is behind; join latency has a 100 / 25 / 1 viewer switch. Handshake latency and throughput sit side by side, head-to-head cards compare against MediaMTX and LiveForge, the full result tables stay, and "why it is fast" and the test setup are cards and a spec list instead of bullets. The homepage chart uses the same ranked bar style.
How: both languages render one shared template,
includes/benchmarks-page.php, with their own string table, so EN and DE can't drift apart. The viewer switch is a small accessible tab control inmain.js; without JavaScript all three viewer counts are shown.
