Guard malformed DPI unlink storage on read and toggle.
The normal writer stores an object whose active entry is an array, so it does not create these malformed shapes from valid state. However, valid JSON such as null or an object with a non-array active entry can remain in localStorage after manual or external storage corruption. The Logitech editor can then throw during initRows(). The proposed unlinkedDpiSlots() guard prevents the render failure, but setDpiSlotUnlinked() also needs to validate the active entry before constructing the Set.

Use the Bridge session key for DPI unlink persistence.
deviceStorageKey(activeDevice) omits the Bridge session identity, so identical Bridge devices share the DPI unlink entry. This can restore one device’s unlink choice on another device. Keep deviceStorageKey() unchanged because active-device preferences and Single-DPI backups use it.
The DPI unlink key is new in this PR, so no migration from an earlier DPI key is required.

Remap unlink preferences when Logitech stages are compacted.
When an earlier Logitech stage is disabled, the enabled stages are compacted into new indices. setDpiSlotUnlinked stores the old raw index, while initRows reads that index from the compacted array. For example, an intentionally unlinked row at index 1 can move to index 0 and restore as linked after reinitialization.
Remap each saved preference to the surviving row’s new index during the Logitech commit.

Remount DpiStageEditor when the device or profile identity changes.
When a Logitech device or onboard profile changes without changing the stage X/Y values, DpiCard keeps the same key="dpi" and DpiStageEditor keeps its local rows because sourceSig excludes identity. The old linked flags can therefore remain visible instead of the new identity's state from control.unlinkedDpiSlots().

Persist unlink state from the current row state.
commit stores compacted indices, then treats them as indices into next. If next still contains disabled rows, a later commit can move an unlink preference to the wrong slot or discard it. The link state was derived from X equal to Y, so a row unlinked on purpose with equal values showed linked again after a reload. Remember unlinked rows in the browser per device and profile.

Closing in favour of #1177, which already includes this change (an unlinked Logitech X/Y slot stays unlinked after a refresh) together with the custom games and game profile work that builds on it. |
Follow up to #1145. The X/Y link state of a Logitech slot was derived from X equal to Y when the rows were built. A row unlinked on purpose with equal values showed linked again after a refresh, because the mouse has no field for the link.
localStoragekeyopenmouse.dpi-unlinked, same pattern as the single DPI backup). The state lives in that browser only; another browser shows linked rows until they are unlinked there. Typecheck and the 401 tests pass. No new test for the storage, and not yet tried on hardware.
