Use the Flutter library that decodes firmware 2.3.x compact PPG while retaining older firmware, including 2.2.9 and mixed-version pairs. This targets the existing 1.6.0 release PR (#305), formerly 1.5.4.
The library pin retains the release's existing FOTA, battery, and reconnect fixes and adds library #154. Pin protocol #1 with a temporary override until open_earable_protocols 0.0.4 is published. No UI or recording-file format changes.
Validation: 121 app tests pass and Android debug APK builds with local Flutter 3.44.0. The integrated library's 41 tests pass, including legacy/compact decoding and mixed-version compatibility. CI also passes analysis and Android, Windows, Linux, and Web builds with the release's pinned Flutter 3.47.4. Unrelated lockfile entries are unchanged. No device installation or live throughput measurement in this PR.
