Keep the connector's device inventory synchronized while its network endpoint is disabled. Turning the connector on now exposes ears that connected earlier, without restarting the app. Ignore stale disconnect callbacks from replaced device instances and release tracking when the server is disposed.
Verified: lifecycle regression test, Android release build, and real-app check starting with the connector disabled: both ears connected first, then enabling the connector immediately returned both from
list_connected.Addresses OpenEarable/open-earable-2#327, item 19.
