- Add signature.* keys (title, hint, clear, save) - Add welcome.* keys (title, profilesSubtitle, getStarted) - Add settings.theme.* keys (system, light, dark) - Ensure all locale files (en, pt, fr, sw) have matching keys - Fixes CI test failure in locale.test.ts

Thank you for this contribution and for adding Swahili support across ODE! I’ve added the remaining Formplayer locale key updates to the branch. This PR is ready to be merged and will be included in v1.4.0 or v1.4.1 depending on when you mark it as 'ready for review' (it is currently marked as a 'draft'). 🙌 |

Added Swahili (Kiswahili) as a fully supported UI locale across the ODE platform.

-Added complete Swahili translations in
sw.jsonwith 267+ translation keys-Updated locale infrastructure in
locale.tsto include Swahili (sw) as a supported locale-Added Swahili language option in Settings UI with native label "Kiswahili"
