Distributed Systems & AI Infrastructure Engineer
I build correctness-first distributed systems—from storage engines and consensus protocols to AI orchestration platforms.
My work focuses on one question:
How can distributed systems remain correct under crashes, retries, network delays, and adversarial failures?
- VeriFlow — Kubernetes-native AI workload orchestrator with GPU-aware scheduling.
- VeriProtocol — Scheduler-aware framework for consensus experimentation and protocol evaluation.
- VeriStore — Crash-consistent storage engine with WAL, recovery, snapshots, and replication.
- LLM Serving Cache — Cache control plane for efficient LLM inference.
- SmartSearch — Fault-tolerant semantic ingestion and retrieval platform.
Kubernetes batch scheduling system. Eight merged PRs.
- #14954 — concurrent admission cleanup. Found and fixed a quota leak where variant workloads kept their reservations after a cluster queue's policy no longer applied. Backported to release-0.19 and release-0.20.
- #14997 — MultiKueue: reset the admission check when a remote workload finishes as OwnerNotFound, rather than propagating a worker-side orphan-detection race to the manager.
- #15619, #15142 — integration test infrastructure for the StatefulSet and LeaderWorkerSet integrations, including wiring the generic pod integration into a suite that had never enabled it.
- #12795 — fixed errors being logged but not propagated in the populator reconciler; cherry-picked to release-0.17.
- #14951 — config validation for qualified names.
In review: KEP-14672 — opt-in deletion of finished Job owners after a retention period. Design and implementation.
Reported: #15838 (flavor removal evicts running workloads), #16736 (a job can inherit a deleted predecessor's finished workload and escape quota management).
- #19798 — added timeout enforcement
to
async_snapshot, which could otherwise hang indefinitely if the raftstore never invoked the callback.
Three merged PRs to the Temporal CLI.
