Adds guidance to openshift/gpu-operator-with-precompiled-drivers.rst on configuring driver.imagePullSecrets when using Red Hat's official precompiled driver images from registry.redhat.io/nvidia.
registry.redhat.io requires authentication. The doc previously showed a ClusterPolicy example pulling from registry.redhat.io/nvidia without explaining that a pull secret must be created and referenced via driver.imagePullSecrets, or that the cluster-wide pull secret may not automatically cover the nvidia-gpu-operator namespace.
