Expose MOCHAD_LOG_LEVEL=info in Compose and image defaults. Correct OCI vendor and make label validation reject unknown or mismatched Redux/package SHAs and versions. The workspace build script supplies exact metadata. Tested: 31 packaging tests passed (one skipped), shell syntax and diff checks.
