Use the TypeScript 7.0.2 native compiler for type checking and declaration generation, alongside TypeScript 6 for Rollup, ts-jest, and ESLint JavaScript APIs. Compiler commands use explicit package paths to avoid npm binary-link conflicts.
Declare the existing SCSS side-effect imports for the native compiler. Reuse the TypeScript ESLint plugin supplied by its recommended configuration to avoid duplicate registration when dependency versions differ. Refreshed against current main.
Validation: clean npm ci, production bundle and native declaration generation, lint, all 88 tests in 40 suites, and repository commit/push hooks passed.
