Observer histories can currently draw zero-filled slots when an endpoint is unavailable or the hourly rollup has an unread gap. Keep those slots unknown, flag partial coverage, reject future/non-finite readings and show isolated measured samples. Optional dashed connectors are visual estimates; uptime gaps stay open. Current status battery readings remain available when there is no battery history, and noise-floor values use dBm.
Builds on the observer search and combined node/observer views now in
dev1atb286381. Existing version-1 nodes and version-2 pins are read into a separate storage key, preserving the previous key for recovery. Observer requests consume AbortSignal when the view is unmounted. Native focused Atlas/chart tests, TypeScript and build passed; lint retains the existing TanStack Virtual compiler warning. A separately adapted fork candidate preserves the Canadaverse preview's collected telemetry, pending-key cards, neighbours and chart values. That candidate passed full CI and native Pi build/lint/186 focused checks; the preview is deployed and verified as v2.3.1-n30nex.1 / 3dbb2e0. This PR remains draft and does not deploy dev1 or production.
The final UI changes also contain screen-reader-only labels inside Atlas’s scroll panel and allow French/narrow card controls to wrap within the card. A fresh 390×844 browser load confirmed a 390×844 document with no horizontal content overflow, replacing the observed 3,163px blank-scroll document. Accessible text is retained.
Preview runtime checks passed all 34 public asset hashes and matching source archive, real D1L/Salish histories, reload persistence, keyboard reordering and French phone layout. Four existing node pins, their order, original storage and 24h selection were retained after removing test cards. Existing collected telemetry, neighbours, chart values, Topology and Changelog remain on the preview. No dev1/production deployment or RF poll was performed. Native app work follows web review.
