Regenerate lockfile for added dev dependencies

composer.json now requires phpunit and orchestra/testbench for the new test suite, but composer.lock was not updated in this commit. CI/CD jobs that run the common composer install flow will pull dependencies from the stale lock and will not install these new dev packages, causing the shipped phpunit.xml and tests to fail with missing classes. Please refresh composer.lock (or remove it) so installs pick up the new requirements.
