What changed in this PR
Updates the extension registry with new official Preview and Highlight releases, including download URLs, SHA-256 hashes, and release notes.
Changes:
- Adds Preview 1.14.1, which hides text highlight marks in Mixed mode, and removes the older 1.10.0 entry.
- Adds Highlight 1.1.0, which enhances integration with Preview’s Mixed mode.
