Highlighter GUI optimizations

I have some suggestions to optimize usability when configuring highlights.

• Add a "Copy"-Button, to copy a Highlight (not a group)

• When resizing the highlight settings dialog, the highlight-list does not stretch.
  this results to empty space, remaining unused:

• When opening up the color picker, the "userdefined color"-area is hidden by default. i always have to click the "define colors"-Button.
  make it visible by default

• When adding user defined colors to the list with the picker, they get lost the next time I open up the color picker
  directly after adding the color:

when opening up the color picker while editing another highlight: user defined colors are all white again

Implementation Brief

Category: enhancement
Summary: Improve Highlight Entry copying, dialog resizing, and custom-color selection and retention.

Current behavior:

• Copy is available for Highlight Groups only.
• The Highlight Entry list and its containing panel have fixed dimensions and do not expand with the dialog.
• Entry color pickers permit expansion but open with the color-definition controls collapsed.
• Each picker is created without restoring or retaining its custom-color palette.

Supported by source and screenshots.

Desired behavior:

1. Add Copy for the selected Highlight Entry. Open an independent copy in the existing entry editor. Accepting appends and selects it in the current Highlight Group; cancelling adds nothing. Preserve the original search text, styling, and trigger settings.
2. Make the Highlight Entry list grow horizontally and vertically with the dialog. Keep group controls, selection-appearance controls, and action buttons accessible without overlap.
3. Open both foreground and background color pickers with the color-definition controls expanded.
4. Share a custom-color palette between foreground and background pickers across Highlight Entries and Highlight Groups, retaining it when the dialog is reopened and after restarting LogExpert.

The editor-before-copy flow, append position, and retention across restarts are proposed defaults for details the original report leaves unspecified. Palette changes should follow the existing nested OK/Cancel behavior: cancelling an editor discards its pending changes; cancelling the outer dialog discards changes pending there.

Key interfaces and constraints:

• HighlightDialog: entry actions, selection, layout, and pending settings.
• HighlightEntryDialog: entry editing and foreground/background color selection.
• HighlightEntry.Clone() and ActionEntry.Clone(): existing independent-copy behavior.
• ColorDialog.FullOpen and CustomColors: expanded picker and reusable palette.
• Preferences and IConfigManager: application-level palette persistence, with compatible defaults for existing settings.
• Preserve the modal editing contract established by ADR 0002.

Acceptance criteria:

• Copy is disabled without a selected Highlight Entry.
• Accepting a copy adds exactly one independent entry to the current group and selects it. Editing its plugin parameters or other settings does not modify the source.
• Cancelling the copy editor adds nothing. Existing required-text and regex validation still applies.
• Enlarging the main dialog increases the list’s usable width and height; shrinking within its supported minimum causes no overlapping or inaccessible controls.
• Both entry color pickers open expanded.
• A custom color saved through the OK flow is available when editing another entry or group, reopening the dialog, and restarting LogExpert.
• Cancel discards pending entry and palette changes at the corresponding dialog level.
• Existing settings without a palette load successfully.
• New text is localized. Layout and colors are checked in light/dark modes and at 100%, 150%, and 200% display scaling.
• Reproduce the reported defects before fixing them, add meaningful regression coverage, and run the repository’s required build and full test suite. Record manual picker verification.

Out of scope:

Group-copy redesign, cross-group entry copying, clipboard integration, changes to highlight matching or trigger execution, palette import/export, and changing unrelated color pickers.
