Most of what I build runs offline and local-first: no cloud dependency, no API key required, usable on modest hardware.

Several of these were recovered and rebuilt after two machine reformats — the code is real, and the history is being restored project by project. Where a project is still incomplete, its README says so rather than claiming otherwise.
