DRAFT, test-only, one registered file (next/release/ship/install/tests/test_make_secret_effect.py), on Finn's composed head 8638e0c. Five tests drive make_secret with its real resolvers inside Bob's real finite_bootstrap over Core's real owner: failing prelude, deadline passed in production, tainted owner, reentry, second call. RED at the pre-compose parent 64e43bb, GREEN here. Not merged by the author; Kai alone merges.
