A proof-of-concept of an autonomous PR pipeline: a business request (relayed from Slack) becomes a GitHub issue, Claude reads it, follows our standards, and opens a draft PR — then a human reviews and merges. The demo app is a throwaway "PROLOOK Team Store" page (Vite + React + TypeScript); the workflow layer is the real point.
- Demo app —
src/(StoreBanner,CountdownTimer,ProductGrid) with pure, tested logic insrc/lib/store.ts. Run withnpm run dev. Checks:npm run lint, npm run typecheck, npm run test. - Standards —
CLAUDE.md: commands, "do not land red", draft-PR rule, PR template, and a mistakes log. - Automation —
.github/workflows/:ci.yml(lint/typecheck/test on every PR),claude.yml(responds to@claude),request-to-pr.yml(turnsfrom-slackissues into draft PRs). - Operator commands —
.claude/commands/:slack-feedback,spec-to-pr,commit-push-pr,babysit; guardrails in.claude/settings.json.
The Claude workflows need an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY repository secret, and the request pipeline keys
off a from-slack issue label — add both before driving the loop end to end.
