摘要

• 新增 scripts/test_typetwo_deployment_gate.ps1，統一執行 /health、smoke、備份還原驗證並輸出 deployment evidence JSON。
• 新增 GitHub Actions Deployment Gate，可在設定 staging/production environment secrets 後手動對真實 HTTPS URL 跑外部 gate。
• 更新部署手冊、release checklist、completion audit 與 plan，記錄最後 staging/production gate 的執行方式與目前缺少的外部設定。

• PowerShell parser：scripts/test_typetwo_deployment_gate.ps1
• actionlint
• git diff --check
• 本機 Docker： est_typetwo_deployment_gate.ps1 -BaseUrl http://localhost:18000 -AllowHttp -ExpectedEnvironment development -AdminEmail admin@example.com -AdminPassword change-me-now -SkipBackupVerify 通過，health/smoke/cleanup 皆成功

外部限制

repo 目前沒有 staging/production host、DNS、GitHub Secrets 或 Variables；實際 production gate 仍需真實 HTTPS URL 與 admin credentials。
