发布 @inkcre/ui-web 2.0.1，包含已合入 PR #46 的设计知识、字体／轮廓、中性配色与 Header 菜单图标修复。
本 PR 沿用 Release run 34798573848 已生成并推送的 Changesets 版本提交，仅消费四份 patch Changeset、更新包版本、生成版本常量与 changelog。Actions 自动创建 PR 被仓库权限拒绝，因此手工建立此 PR；未修改权限或绕过保护。
完整检查由本 PR 执行；合入后交由 main 的正式 Release 流程发布 GitHub Packages，并验证 registry 版本及产物身份。消费者 InKCre/client-web#104 随后安装精确 2.0.1，不发布消费者应用或原生扩展。
父 PR：无（#46 已合入）。子 PR：无。没有数据库迁移；发布后若出现回归，使用后续修复版本处理，不覆盖已有包版本。
