Adds a new Ashtra deck executor, its .ydk list, and a bot config entry. The AI includes deck-specific summon, trap, negation, and target-selection logic for the experimental Ashtra archetype.
This change hardens Ashtra's opponent-response checks by tracking resolved chains and trap option choices, preventing unsafe activations from Dominus Impulse/Songs and respecting cover/negation windows. It also records Albion's graveyard timing, filters Spiral revival targets, and tracks Ekhajar synchro summon state so later responses use the correct context.
