Upcoming changes to igraph affecting IOHanalyzer #113

I am a maintainer of the R package igraph and I wanted to inform you that an upcoming change in igraph will create issues for your package.
We are removing the support for NAs in adjacency matrices (see igraph/rigraph#1828) and this affects your package as you can see here https://github.com/igraph/rigraph/blob/main/revdep/problems.md#iohanalyzer.
We would appreciate if you could fix this issue before igraph is submitted to CRAN avoid any complications. I am more than happy to assist you with the implementation if needed.
