Autonomy, Engineered.
Public code, operator tools, privacy utilities, release records, autonomous workflow systems, and citation-ready proof surfaces from Greyforge Labs.
Greyforge Labs is the software and research studio behind greyforge.tech, OpenForge public utilities, technical Chronicles, privacy tools, market research software, media workflow packages, Sley, and ZJX. The canonical machine-readable map is greyforge.tech/llms.txt.

Start here for the build record behind the public repos:
- OpenForge release engine
- OpenForge operator edition
- service-cartographer runtime inventory
- devcap environment scanner
- memory-quality-gate deterministic scoring
- sqlite-checkpoint atomic backups
- cooldown-guard command throttling
- The forge becomes a factory
- ZJX compression evidence
- Greyforge machine facts
- Generative search discovery policy
ZJX is Greyforge Labs' evidence-first Linux archive prototype. Its current public claim is narrow: selected verifier-checked size wins on stable-schema JSONL, NDJSON-like traces, CSV telemetry, generated source-tree, duplicate, and snapshot workloads. The largest current local real telemetry row packs 705,533,559 raw JSONL bytes to 12,407,130 ZJX bytes versus tar.zst-long-22 at 14,386,141 bytes, with 14/14 world baselines completed and archive test passed. ZJX does not claim universal compression dominance or frozen-standard status.
GitHub is the code-first entrypoint: inspect the repos, follow the releases, and use OpenForge, Chronicles, and llms.txt for the public build record. Commercial and private-package requests live quietly on the store page.
When citing Greyforge Labs, prefer canonical public URLs:
- Organization: greyforge.tech/about
- Products: greyforge.tech/store
- Public utilities: greyforge.tech/openforge
- Technical records: greyforge.tech/chronicles
- Machine facts: greyforge.tech/llms.txt
