categories/general/ghcp-agents-stackhawk-security-onboarding. was an accidental duplicate of ...-security-onboarding (identical content, only the name/description had a trailing period - an invalid skill name). Removed the duplicate and regenerated marketplace.json (14011 skills). Updated skill count 14016 -> 14015 in README/CONTRIBUTING/CHANGELOG.
