Execution report for Phase 7: cluster-local Windows images, the
/opt/router/helpers, andnet.impair.Covers the media and licensing decisions, the router and impairment measurements, Windows installation findings, the Sysprep administrator-context correction, capture-storage recovery, both promoted aliases, and the production acceptance gates with their measured numbers.
