Register GilmanLab/agentcompute as an ignored independent sub-repository. Verified bash syntax, ran init.sh in a temporary directory to perform a real agentcompute clone, and built the central MkDocs site with moon run docs:build. Companion image implementation: GilmanLab/agentcompute.
