Reviewed the release candidate after named HTTP auth #32 and live Incus authorization test #33. Fresh rehearsal passed for binaries, native amd64/arm64 Melange builds, container smoke, CI, image validation, and docs. Immutable releases are enabled and the release app has protected-tag bypass. Approve draft creation only; publish after actual release assets and attestations verify. Current provenance must not be described as SLSA Build Level 3 because build and attestation are separated.
