heap.copy<T>(a,&aa[0],n);

This line will throw an unexpected exception if aa is empty.

    Fixed by #218. Constructing IntArgs, IntVarArgs, or BoolVarArgs from an empty vector no longer indexes the vector, and the empty cases have regression tests.
