Summary

Changes Chisel CTM submaps to use independently stitched atlas sprites instead of virtual UV regions inside a single sprite. This prevents filtering/mipmap bleeding between adjacent CTM cells and follows the same general approach used by Angelica’s CTM implementation

It's difficult to make clear before/after screenshots for me because it's almost unnoticeable on macs because of retina, so i have to see a difference from large distance

This PR also makes icon loading thread safe with Hodgepodge asyncIconLoading option on, which fixes GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#25997
