fix(mobile): align remote session lifecycle across platforms

Summary

• Align remote session creation, opening, deletion, and failure routing across Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS.
• Route into a newly created session as soon as the server confirms its ID, including empty sessions.
• Keep non-current deletions on the current conversation, return home after deleting the open session, and backfill paginated lists after deletion.
• Reconcile iOS directory/sidebar projections and clear stale route identities after deletion.
• Add the Android/iOS failure transition that restores the previous session or remote home while retaining an actionable error state.
• Add shared lifecycle guidance and native tool card / remote connection UI updates included in the mobile worktree.
