Fix startup under wine - #71

This should've been done anyway, but in any case it fixes running under wine where the cwd is something else for some reason

Very cool that it works, although I had to do a bunch of guess work to get started this to work, so a dedicated guide would have been kinda nice.
Here's what I did to get it all working:
- Download and install bottles
- Create a new bottle

Apparently the Built-in Wine 11 runner doesn't work, soda-11.0-10 does though. (which is the default, that was my fault for just changing that without any reason to).
Would you care to add instructions like these, or is this obvious to wine users? 🙃

Fair enough. However, while I was able to get STROOP running without bottles, too, I could not get SM64 running without bottles (launching the game would fail with an "unable to create SDL window" error or something of the likes) - so it felt like the most natural setup to use the same bottle for both.
I suppose we can have a "recommended setup guide" or the like at another time and maybe even on the mupen website rather than here.
Since the changes themselves are fine, I'll merge this now.
With these changes, STROOP now starts under wine.
It connects succesfully to mupen and works as it should for all obvious functionality
