Adds the contrast and noise commands of ImageJ.
Process > Enhance Contrast sets the display range from a percentage of saturated pixels, using the histogram of the image or of the whole stack. With Normalize it makes a new image stretched over the full range instead, and with Equalize histogram it makes an equalized one. Process > Enhance Local Contrast (CLAHE) brings out local detail with a block size, a number of bins and a maximum slope. Process > Noise has Add Noise (Gaussian) and Add Salt and Pepper. Process > Filters gets Top Hat for bright or dark detail, and Image > Adjust gets Apply Display Range, which writes the display range of the image into its data.
Based on the selection tools branch (#21).
