Adds Image, Process and Analyze menus in the manner of ImageJ. Commands work on the active image, ask whether to process all slices of a stack, and put the result in a new image, so the original is kept.
Analyze: Measure (Ctrl+M) with a Results table that exports to CSV and lets you pick the columns (Set Measurements); ROI Manager (Ctrl+T) to list, rename, delete, copy to another image, save and open the shapes, and to measure them on one slice or on every slice; Plot Z-axis Profile.
Image: Duplicate, Crop, Scale, Transform (flip, rotate 90, rotate), Adjust > Threshold, and Stacks with Z Project, Substack, Montage and Orthogonal Views.
Process: Filters (Gaussian, Mean, Median, Minimum, Maximum, Variance, Unsharp Mask), Sharpen, Find Edges, Subtract Background (rolling ball), Math, Image Calculator and Binary (make binary, erode, dilate, open, close, fill holes, outline, invert).
Works on 8 bit and 16 bit gray images. Based on the shape tools branch, so it includes #17 until that is merged. Channel split and merge are not added, since layers already overlay.
