Regenerated from a Linux build (CI's workflow_dispatch artifact) rather than the local Windows build: the Windows build's CSS chunk picked up a 1-ULP floating-point rounding difference in a generated lab() color fallback (--color-rose-500 unrelated to this change), which is enough to change that chunk's content hash even though no actual styles changed. Using the Linux-built snapshot avoids introducing that spurious diff and keeps this snapshot identical to what CI itself regenerates. Regenerating static-site/ on Windows for the footer change in this PR produced a different CSS chunk hash than CI's Linux build, despite no actual style changes — traced to a 1-ULP floating-point rounding difference in a generated lab() color fallback. Documents the finding in UPDATES-NEEDED.md and adds the workflow_dispatch-artifact workaround to CONTRIBUTING.md section 4 so the next person hitting this doesn't have to rediscover it. Two small footer fixes requested against the Contact page:
-2026so it now reads 'Four cohorts . est. 2024' instead of 'Four cohorts . est. 2024-2026'.Changes:
Verified: lint, typecheck, \check:content, \check:images, and a full build all pass; confirmed both changes directly in the built HTML for /contact.
