Load-all previously filled the World overview and cache while leaving the main editor on one section. The main canvas and minimap now display resident section terrain and building plans together. Clicking a neighbour saves the previous section and activates its cached snapshot without moving the geographic camera or painting on the first click.

The update also versions the complete editor asset graph to prevent mixed old/new modules after an upgrade, adds room-aware furnishing with circulation/stair protection, and provides an undoable floor refurnishing action that preserves authored tile groups, models and geometry. Housing examples, guides and release metadata are updated for 0.13.1.

Validation: 1022 C# checks and 508 JavaScript checks; real-browser 65-section / 132.1 MiB canvas switching, painting, Undo and section saves; warm HTTP-cache upgrade regression; full frontend browser workflow; self-contained startup without installed game/shared .NET; published CLI strict two-section build and native archive decoding. The Windows CI pipeline verifies the release package before publication.

Editing and Undo remain scoped to the active section, shared crossing geometry stays protected, and native Game view renders the active section with neighbouring plans. Loading every section can require substantial browser RAM. No oversized compatibility-world JSON is constructed.
