The editor now keeps creation, map editing and export in separate task workspaces, and large real-place imports write connected sections incrementally instead of retaining every terrain raster. This release also packages the accumulated real-place, agent and authoring work since 0.12.0.

Reviewer notes
This is a large accumulated development release. The README links feature-specific acceptance documents and remaining limitations. Whole-world compatibility JSON retains its 128 MB limit; CLI/refresh/source budgets remain separate. Native structure checks do not replace a client gameplay test. Existing user editor processes and game profiles were preserved. The animation is an original illustration, not a UI recording.
