docs: describe the new free tier in feature and user docs - #1313

The free plan is now 5 hours of audio a month and 1 hour per conversation. Conversations are no longer locked. Drop the old "one hour, then Locked" wording and add the new monthly limits for chats, reports, maps and analyses, plus how a client workspace shares the org's allowance.
