Summary

Stage 1 of Studio #94: propose the missing normative Comic Manifest rendition/profile semantics in Codex before Platform adopts them.

• Add RFC 0008 and complete the unreleased Comic Manifest 1.0.0 candidate with three immutable profile/version pairs, media types, exact dimension rules, pixel ceilings, and byte caps.
• Carry profile/version and max_bytes through production requirements, build results, and public outputs; specify exact compatibility and fail-closed handling of missing, duplicate, undeclared, or oversized outputs.
• Require nonempty accessibility descriptions, transcripts, rights notices, standard Studio credit, and publication metadata, while documenting that declarations do not prove rights, quality, rendering, or publication authority.
• Add synthetic valid/invalid conformance cases and boundary coverage, including separate build-result and public-release checks that enforce the exact selected media type even when a profile permits alternatives. No released SDK, Context Package, or Context Builder bytes change.

Validation

• npm run test:comic — 107 passed.
• npm test — 218 passed.
• git diff --check — passed.
