Thank you for reporting this issue! We've confirmed the problem and submitted a fix.
The issue you described with the help output showing 'list' and 'ls' as separate commands instead of properly documenting that 'ls' is an alias for 'list' has been addressed. The fix is now under review: CortexLM/cortex-cli#57
