[BUG]: Uer search bug #54

Description

It exposing all the users on the platform. As our every uername has . in their username;

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login/Register
2. Click on the pen button
3. search uername and type .

Expected Behavior

When they go for searching they must type min 3 char before calling api to fetch the search result
