This project is currently in a pre‑funding, voluntary phase. There is no payment, no future promises of payment, and no employment relationship. Contributions are welcome from people who want to co‑build the platform, learn, experiment, or explore the mission. If you need compensation for your time, this phase will not be a fit.
This repository now serves as the official public registry for the Certification of Collaboration programme.
The purpose of the registry is to provide a transparent and verifiable record of certificates issued to students and collaborators who have made documented contributions to projects, research activities, community initiatives, and supporting infrastructure.
Each certified contribution is reviewed against available evidence, including assigned GitHub issues, pull requests, documentation, and other project records. Certificates are issued upon request and are not granted automatically.
The registry exists to:
- Provide a public record of issued certificates.
- Prevent unauthorised or duplicate certificates.
- Support independent verification of certificate claims.
- Preserve the integrity and credibility of certified contributions.
- Document the historical development of the programme.
Where applicable, certificates may be associated with a Certificate ID, registry entry, digital signature, and supporting project evidence.
This certification programme recognises contribution and participation. It does not create an employment relationship, internship agreement, contractor arrangement, or entitlement to compensation unless explicitly established through a separate written agreement.
As the programme evolves, the registry and verification processes may be further formalised. Historical records may therefore be classified as Active, Legacy, Archived, or Revoked depending on their status within the certification framework.
