The selected artifact was generated from a different source tree: this entry records eb0e993f…, while engraphis/core/graph_scene.py in the reviewed commit hashes to a375d8a8…, and numerous other entries under suite.files also differ. As a result, python -m pytest tests/test_benchmark_evidence.py -q fails at test_public_numeric_evidence_registry_is_complete_and_live before validating the reported numbers, so CI is not green and the published evidence does not bind this implementation. Regenerate the artifact, sidecar, and derived reports from the final tree.

Improves dashboard responsiveness, draft preservation, graph loading and renderer scheduling. This PR follows #260 and carries its scoped audit, clarification opt-in, schema and evidence safeguards.
Completed document jobs release polling ownership before workspace refreshes, so a newer import keeps its progress requests and retry state. Hover/selection changes repaint settled WebGL geometry, and final worker refinements repaint without overriding a user-owned camera. Geometry remains idle between actual changes.
Validation: 61 focused polling, renderer, evidence, MCP and skill tests; 13 documentation/distribution contract tests; Ruff. The inherited Spec Studio changes passed their complete Chromium suite and offline gates in #260. Fresh immutable measurements and chart provenance bind this branch's source; current-head CI supplies the full matrix.
