After-deploy tasks now apply setStage() to the task they register (deploy:tideways / deploy:rumvision), so they only run on that stage.

$tideways = new Tideways(apiKey: getenv('TIDEWAYS_API_KEY'));
$tideways->setStage($production);
$configuration->addAfterDeployTask($tideways);

getStage() is read by DeployRunner::configureDeployerTask() when registering the task.
