The current setup used the account_id for production deploys when trying tto start the application in dev. This doesn't work for local development. It also required to have Cloudflare's Worker AI feature enabled even when using OpenRouter. The new configuration adds a new `npm dev:cloudflare` command for routing through the Cloudflare AI model provider and `npm dev` uses OpenRouter by default and doesn't require a Cloudfare account. Also updated the nodejs requirements to use the latest LTS version and updated the readme to reflect the changes made.
